This Project Coordinator supports Major Projects involving transmission lines, utility infrastructure, civil works, and multidisciplinary EPC projects. During ECI, you will support planning and construction preparation. As work advances, you will coordinate crews, subcontractors, supervision, and project management. The role suits candidates with two to five years of field-based coordination experience. Candidates must be based in the Greater Toronto Area, Chatham, or Welland region.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily activities among crews, subcontractors, supervision, and management
Monitor progress, materials, equipment, and work sequencing
Manage information requests, submittals, drawing revisions, and document control




Support mobilization, logistics, site readiness, and material coordination
Track quantities, productivity, schedules, forecasting, and change management
Requirements: Two to five years of field coordination experience
Heavy civil, utility, or infrastructure construction background
Experience with crews, subcontractors, and active construction sites
Knowledge of Procore, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar software
Quality assurance, document control, and turnover documentation experience preferred
Bring field coordination, construction planning, and utility infrastructure experience to Forbes Bros. projects across Ontario during EPC execution.
