As Manager, Dynamics 365 F&O; Consulting, you will support a growing practice while guiding talent, engagements, operations, and growth. The role requires implementation leadership, process analysis, functional design, configuration, and robust Financial System knowledge. You will advise customers and project teams on Dynamics 365 Finance implementations.
Key Responsibilities: Mentor consultants through coaching, performance management, and career guidance
Manage engagements against budget, timeline, and scope
Analyze business needs and streamline Dynamics 365 processes




Track operational performance indicators and improve procedures
Participate in presentations, pricing, proposals, and service development
Requirements: Minimum five years of Dynamics 365 F&O; consulting experience
Expertise in at least one functional business area
Experience leading consultants or managing implementations
Process analysis, redesign, and documentation experience
Functional design, configuration, and process alignment experience
Apply Dynamics 365 F&O; expertise, consulting leadership, and process improvement skills as BDO Canada’s Manager.
