As Senior Programme Manager with Barhale and the @one Alliance, you will lead Anglian Water capital investment projects. You will oversee delivery from inception through design, construction, commissioning, and handover. The role combines programme management, financial controls, SHEA compliance, and sustainability leadership.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Water Recycling capital investment programme delivery
Manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial controls
Implement @one Alliance SHEA policies and legal requirements
Drive carbon performance and sustainability improvements




Develop relationships with Anglian Water and supply chain partners
Requirements: Proven programme management in large infrastructure environments
Experience managing programmes worth approximately £70–90 million annually
Commercial awareness, leadership, and stakeholder influencing skills
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across multiple workstreams
Tier one contracting experience
