Lead retail loss prevention at Sephora in Scarborough, using internal theft detection and Agent development skills full time. Support store standards across an assigned district.
As an Asset Protection Team Lead, you will train new Agents, develop existing Agents, and work with the District Loss Prevention Manager. The position supports Loss Prevention programs, exception reporting, scheduling, onboarding, and OPEX evaluations. You will also help maintain Sephora standards and provide district coverage when the DLPM is absent.
Key Responsibilities: Review exception reports and cash variances for internal activity
Train, develop, and onboard Loss Prevention Agents
Prepare weekly Market and Agent recaps for the DLPM




Review and approve Agent schedules within the district
Conduct Store Tours and complete leadership notes
Requirements: Minimum two years of retail Loss Prevention experience
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Intermediate computer skills and high school graduation
Ability to travel within the district
Availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and some overnight travel
Bring retail Loss Prevention leadership, communication, and Agent development expertise to Sephora’s Scarborough district team.
