As a Senior Data Consultant, you will support Morningstar data and business growth strategies across Canada. You will collaborate with global data teams, Canadian business teams, managed investment data providers, and customers. Your work spans relationship management, complex dataset onboarding, business analysis, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities: Manage relationships with Canadian asset managers and administrators
Set up acquisition channels and onboard complex datasets
Promote managed investment data capabilities and quality
Analyze market trends and regulatory changes
Resolve client data questions through level-three support
Requirements: Understanding of Canadian investment management industries
Minimum six years working with financial data
Expertise in managed investment datasets and methodologies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
Bring investment data expertise, relationship management, and analytical problem-solving to Morningstar’s Canadian market operations in Toronto.
