Direct corporate education operations at NAIT through operating plans, budget leadership, and coordinated training delivery. This Edmonton-based role supports institutional priorities and service outcomes.
Reporting to the Executive Director of Corporate and Continuing Education, the Director leads operations across corporate training, continuing education, curriculum development, and enablement. The role supervises four managers, oversees approximately $6 million in annual expenses, and aligns teams around delivery outcomes. It also builds relationships with institutional partners.
Key Responsibilities: Develop operating plans, service standards, and performance measures
Set manager objectives, review performance, and coach leaders
Oversee training, continuing education, and curriculum delivery
Monitor budgets, forecasts, variances,



staffing, and resource allocation
Represent CCE on committees and working groups
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, management, education, or related discipline
Extensive operational leadership and team management experience
Significant managerial experience and financial budgeting understanding
Knowledge of institutional processes, policies, and collective agreements
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Bring operational leadership, financial oversight, and education delivery expertise to NAIT's Corporate and Continuing Education division.
