Build generative AI platforms for Chubb Canada’s Audit+ program using LLM workflows, agents, and retrieval-augmented generation. This is a full time position.
The Assistant Vice President Lead AI Engineer develops reusable foundational capabilities for rapid operationalization and scale. You will partner with regional Data & Analytics, IT, GDO, and Operations teams. The work supports automated controls across Claims, underwriting, Finance, and Technology.
Key Responsibilities: Develop generative AI applications and agentic platform capabilities
Create scalable data ingestion and model lifecycle pipelines
Integrate AI services into APIs, SDKs, and real-time user experiences
Platform capabilities for QA, Training, Operations, and distribution workflows




Enable regional teams to leverage Global Consumer+ platforms
Requirements: Deep knowledge of modern LLM tools and techniques
Experience with Hugging Face Transformers and post-training pipelines
Experience optimizing inference and high-throughput model serving
Production experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
Ability to architect scalable solutions while writing hands-on code
Apply generative AI, platform engineering, and scalable deployment skills to extend Chubb Canada’s Audit+ capabilities.
