SE Health is hiring Personal Support Workers for community care, offering full-time or part time day and evening shifts in Port Perry and Uxbridge.
This position supports clients through SE Health, a not-for-profit social enterprise advancing health across Canada. Candidates may qualify with a PSW certificate, RN or RPN credentials, two completed nursing clinical placements, a Developmental Support Worker Diploma, or foreign-trained nursing experience. The work includes scheduled community visits and physical care responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities: Provide personal support care in community settings
Complete client visits throughout the assigned service area
Use provided mobile device during assigned work
Maintain care delivery across scheduled shifts
Requirements: Availability for days or evenings and alternate weekends
Valid driver’s license and vehicle required daily
Current vulnerable sector check
Current Standard CPR level C and First Aid
Required immunizations and ability to perform physical duties
Support SE Health’s community care services with accepted healthcare credentials, dependable transportation, and required certifications.
