Strategic Group seeks a dedicated Maintenance Technician to help ensure smooth building operation. The work includes residential and commercial maintenance, common-area improvements, tenant service, and building systems. Experience with drywall, painting, appliances, HVAC, and automation systems supports daily responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities: Repair and prepare drywall and complete interior commercial painting
Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs
Complete snow removal, parkade cleanup, and heavy garbage removal




Maintain common areas and complete routine improvements
Respond promptly to tenant requests and emergency calls
Requirements: Minimum two years building maintenance experience
Residential property experience preferred
Knowledge of HVAC and Building Automation Systems
Availability for rotational on-call shifts, weekends, and after-hours work
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle access
