As Assistant Vice President, Programs and Deployment, you will lead strategic planning, governance, and execution for TD Wealth’s High Net Worth Experience and Specialized Businesses portfolio. The mandate spans Private Trust, Tax Services, Wealth Planning Support, Wealth Planning Office, Wealth Insurance Services, and Philanthropic Advisory Services. You will connect client experience, field enablement, operating model evolution, and enterprise change to improve outcomes across Canada.
Key Responsibilities: Develop multi-year strategic plans and modernization programs
Lead national programs across specialized wealth businesses
Align executives, resources,



priorities, and operating models
Oversee governance, performance reporting, and portfolio prioritization
Drive digital enablement, AI adoption, and advice modernization
Requirements: Undergraduate degree; graduate degree considered an asset
10+ years of progressive leadership experience
Knowledge of wealth management, planning, and advice
Experience leading large-scale enterprise strategic initiatives
Exceptional executive communication and influence skills
