This Delivery Driver position supports transportation and placement of building materials. You will communicate with customers, coworkers, trades, and dispatch while maintaining secure, accurate loads. The position requires professional service, regulatory compliance, and physical labour in all weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver materials to customer-directed areas on job sites
Verify load security and accuracy before delivery
Maintain dispatch contact and resolve issues as needed
Prepare trucks for reloading and assist warehouse staff
Follow regulations, company policies, and procedures
Requirements: Valid Class 3 or DZ driver’s license
Clean driver’s abstract
Effective written and oral communication skills
Basic mathematics and hand tool knowledge
Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds
Bring safe driving, customer communication, and building-material delivery skills to GMS Family of Locations in Maple.
