As an Inside Sales Representative, you will drive revenue for assigned territories while supporting Outside Sales Representatives and branch teams. The work includes identifying needs, explaining equipment rental products and services, reintroducing dormant accounts, and coordinating customer-facing processes. You will help move opportunities from inquiry through sales support.
Key Responsibilities: Explain equipment rental products and services to qualified prospects
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Follow up through phone, email, and web inquiries
Assist with quotes,

Promote customer retention and service excellence
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
One to two years of B2B inside sales or customer service
Ability to assess needs and qualify accounts
Strong listening and communication skills
Ability to learn recent software quickly
