As a Business Assistant, you will empower our team by working directly with the owners, a Mother Daughter team.

We are expanding and building a larger production facility this year. We need someone who is interested in growing with us and ready to join us on this journey as we take on a second location, new concepts and larger production.
Provide comprehensive business support - an extension of us as owners of the business.
Provide support to customers and clients in a manner that is consistent with owners' (in person and over the phone)




Work with existing team of meal assemblers & cooks
Assist with inventory management & production scheduling
Assist with grocery purchasing / buying / placing commercial orders
Support project coordination efforts by tracking deadlines, preparing reports, proofreading documents.
Business oriented
Solid organizational skills & time management
Interest and knowledge of food and food handling strongly preferred
Familiarity with Shopify is an asset.
Familiarity with Google Docs/Sheets/Calendar.

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
