As an Associate Renewals Manager, you will execute tactical renewal work under guidance from senior managers. You will manage assigned portfolios, understand customer usage, identify expansion opportunities, and prepare accurate documentation. The role supports recurring revenue, retention, and predictable outcomes across regions.

Key Responsibilities:
Track assigned renewal portfolios and drive contracts to on-time closure
Discuss product usage, future needs, and expansion opportunities with customers
Prepare accurate renewal quotes, order forms, and documentation
Analyze usage, terms, pricing,



and unusual renewal situations
Maintain CRM records for forecasting and reporting

Requirements:
Independently execute basic renewal processes
Exposure to multi-year deals, upsell renewals, or non-standard terms
Robust organizational skills and attention to detail
Explicit written and verbal communication skills
Ability to follow frameworks and flag exceptions
