As Softgoods Supervisor, you will oversee assigned departments and their day-to-day operations. You will train Associates, communicate policies, replenish merchandise, and support cross-functional collaboration. The position requires solid planning, organization, merchandising, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure high customer service levels across assigned departments
Oversee daily department operations and merchandise replenishment
Train Associates on policies, procedures, and standards
Lead merchandising, receiving, processing,
and inventory activities
Resolve complaints and support store opening and closing
Requirements:
One to three years of retail management experience
Proven motivation and team leadership ability
Effective customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
Exceptional planning and organizational skills
Solid merchandising and analytical skills
