As Senior Sales Enablement Specialist, Velocity, you enable current business and customer sales. You build playbooks, talk tracks, training, and coaching informed by calls, pipeline data, and conversion metrics. The role reports to the Senior Manager, Sales Enablement.

Key Responsibilities:
Own enablement for Velocity representatives and managers
Build playbooks, objection handling, and product positioning
Review Gong calls for coaching themes and content gaps
Design role-play and certification content from real conversations
Deliver regular segment health readouts and recommendations

Requirements:
Three-plus years in sales enablement or related learning development
Training experience with high-volume transactional sales teams
Knowledge of Velocity or small and medium business sales motions
Instructional design and adult learning theory knowledge
Experience with Gong, Letter AI, and Salesforce
