Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality software solutions
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code across the full software development lifecycle
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, QA, and Design, to deliver recent features and enhancements
Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to team members
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across the application stack
Contribute to architectural decisions and help drive best practices for software design and development
Mentor junior engineers and support their technical growth
Write and maintain automated tests to ensure code quality and system reliability




Stay current on emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems and processes
Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives

Qualifications
7+ years of professional software engineering experience
Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core
Experience designing and building scalable, distributed systems
Solid understanding of event-driven, asynchronous or pub/sub architectures (e.g. RabbitMQ, Event Hub, Service Bus, Kafka, Redis, etc.)
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure strongly preferred)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote workplace
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
