This full time position combines technical leadership, Azure integrations, CI/CD, and solid stakeholder communication. You will support core platform engineering across security, resiliency, scalability, observability, and product upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:
Gather requirements with Product Owners and business stakeholders
Define secure, scalable, maintainable solution architectures
Guide designs, review code, and develop reusable components

Support releases, troubleshooting, and ongoing platform operations

Requirements:
Seven-plus years of enterprise software engineering experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement experience
Power Apps, Power Automate, plug-ins, and architecture experience
Azure services, C#/.NET, Copilot Studio, and Agile experience
