As Manager, Software Engineering, you will lead engineering teams supporting Jobs Teams and Service Provider operations. You will guide delivery of reliable, high-performing software while helping engineers develop their skills and careers. The role combines coaching, technical direction, recruiting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Coach engineers through goals, one-on-ones, feedback, and mentoring
Shape technical direction for a reliable, high-performing platform
Remove roadblocks and establish guardrails for quality delivery
Collaborate with Product, Business Technology,
and engineering leaders
Participate in recruiting and hiring processes
Requirements:
Established software engineering and team leadership experience
Solid full-stack technical, design, and architecture background
Experience delivering quality software and impactful projects
Effective written and oral communication skills
Familiarity with AI tools and AI-augmented development rhythms
Bring engineering leadership, coaching, architecture, and delivery expertise to Jobber’s SP Operations teams and platform.
