This Design Artist assignment supports the color keys stage of a stylized CG animated TV featurette. You will help realize established art direction through cohesive artwork supporting storytelling, mood, and visual consistency. Strong skills in color theory, lighting, composition, perspective, and atmosphere are central to the work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create color keys establishing palette, mood, lighting, and atmosphere
- Paint and refine backgrounds following established art direction
- Maintain consistency across scenes, environments, and sequences
- Collaborate with the Design team and Art Director




- Incorporate feedback while meeting schedules and quality expectations

Requirements:

- Animation experience creating color keys and painted backgrounds
- Strong understanding of color theory, lighting, and composition
- Portfolio showing solid color keys and painted backgrounds
- Ability to work within established visual styles consistently
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills
