Lead hands-on distribution operations for Munchkin, coordinating fulfillment, process execution, and frontline improvement as a temporary Lead Hand. Support consistent performance.

Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, this experienced operational leader supports management with team coordination and process optimization. The work spans omni-channel fulfillment, customer satisfaction, throughput efficiency, carrier operations, and distribution excellence across receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute established omni-channel fulfillment processes during volume fluctuations
- Coordinate teams, carriers, and internal departments
- Identify bottlenecks and support corrective actions
- Monitor operational KPIs, costs,



and labor productivity
- Support Lean and Six Sigma improvement initiatives

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two to four years of warehouse operations experience
- Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Software
- One year operating warehouse equipment and required certifications
- Knowledge of shipping, transportation, and omni-channel fulfillment
