Position Baker/Deli Supervisor
Full-time 40 hours per week. Eligible for advantages after 3 months. If you are relocating from another province, please ensure you have AB Health coverage to be covered by our plan provider.
Availability Weekdays and weekends- mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
Responsibilities Be a productive team member while promoting Co-op memberships and benefits
Be familiar with and adhere to Central Alberta Co-op policies and procedures
Assist store management in the organization, direction, and coordination of the department to achieve budgeted goals
Order, receive, and display merchandise
Process accurate paperwork in a timely manner and assist with the management/leadership of team members within the department
Provide outstanding customer service and assist in reducing theft and loss
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager
Qualifications Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Ability to prioritize work and adapt to changes
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Previous retail experience is an asset




Ability to lift up to 50 lbs;some heavy lifting is required
