Support BCAA customers with insurance advice, membership sales, and service at the Cambie Village location in British Columbia. Build trusted relationships through every interaction.
As a Service Advisor, you will recommend memberships, travel insurance, ICBC, and optional auto insurance. You will collaborate with Support Teams and Underwriting to identify suitable coverage and cost-saving opportunities. BCAA provides on-the-job training while you develop toward becoming an Insurance Advisor.
Key Responsibilities: Greet customers in person and over the phone
Promote memberships, travel insurance, and auto insurance products
Collaborate with Support Teams and Underwriting
Identify cost-saving opportunities for customer needs




Maintain licensing and complete BCAA training courses
Requirements: At least two years in a sales and service workplace
Level 1 Insurance license or commitment within 45 days
Completion of Autoplan Essentials or commitment within three months
Limited Errors & Omissions history and good standing
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office technology
Bring customer service, insurance knowledge, and problem-solving skills to help BCAA deliver trusted protection across British Columbia.
