Coordinate fleet maintenance operations at Miller Waste Systems’ Brampton shop using fleet software, vendor communication, and organized records. This is contract full-time work.
The Maintenance Coordinator supports operations across multiple district locations and reports to the District Equipment Manager. You will schedule and track maintenance activities, manage work orders, monitor budgets, prepare reports, and support equipment reliability. The contract runs immediately through October 15, 2027, at 332 Clarence Street.
Key Responsibilities: Keep fleet maintenance records complete and current
Coordinate outsourced tire service and inventory billing
Maintain vendor and equipment files
Prepare monthly reports and audits for the District Equipment Manager




Coordinate projects with the District Equipment Manager
Requirements: Minimum three years’ experience in a similar role
Robust computer skills and fleet software proficiency
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of invoices, purchase orders, receiving, and accruals
Driver licence, travel ability, and capacity to lift 50 pounds
Bring fleet software, vendor coordination, reporting, and maintenance administration experience to Miller Waste Systems in Brampton.
