ATB Financial seeks an Everyday Banking Advisor for a temporary 18-month prospect. You will understand client needs, recommend personal and business banking solutions, and build lasting relationships. The role includes networking, digital education, and community involvement.
Key Responsibilities: Provide personalized advice on personal banking products and services
Guide clients toward savings, investment, lending, and credit products
Identify internal referral opportunities through networking
Promote digital tools and educate clients on their use
Protect client information and manage regulatory risks
Requirements: Two to four years creating client experiences and relationships
One to three years in retail banking or similar fields
Experience with lending products considered an asset
Passion for sales and relationship building
Finance or business education, or relevant work experience
Apply relationship-building, sales, and digital banking skills while supporting ATB clients from Picture Butte.
