CW Impact Commercial Cleaning is a growing commercial cleaning company operating in Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto, and Montreal. We provide professional cleaning services to commercial businesses, retail locations, offices, and other facilities.

We are looking for a motivated, confident, and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Calgary team and help expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial cleaning industry.

Generate leads through cold calling, networking, prospecting, and outreach to potential clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing commercial clients.

Schedule and conduct client meetings and in office visits to assess cleaning requirements.

Prepare and present professional quotes, proposals, and service bids.

Negotiate service agreements and close sales to secure new commercial cleaning contracts.

Follow up with prospective clients and maintain an organized sales pipeline.

Work closely with the operations team to ensure client expectations and service requirements are met.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and business opportunities.

Meet sales targets and contribute to the company's overall growth.





Qualifications & Requirements

Previous experience in sales, business development, or account management preferred.

Experience in B2B sales, commercial cleaning, or facility services is an asset.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and approaching new businesses.

Confident presenting services, preparing proposals, and closing deals.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with management.

Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation preferred for client visits.

Must be able to work in person at our Calgary office.

Compensation & Schedule

Hourly Pay: $24.00–$26.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Commission: Additional earning opportunities based on sales performance.

Schedule: 35 hours per week.

Work Location: In office, Calgary, Alberta, with travel to client sites as required.
