Greystar Canada is seeking a leasing associate to coordinate the community's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, run credit checks, prepare leases, and ensure a smooth move-in.
Weekend availability is required; experience with Yardi or other CRM systems is preferred, along with robust customer service and sales skills to drive renewals and occupancy.
