Deliver exceptional resident service as a Concierge in Rhapsody’s luxury rental community, using strong communication and problem-solving skills daily.
You will welcome residents, guests, vendors, and neighbours while representing the property and promoting community. The role includes resident services, inquiries, events, amenities, and communication logs. You will also support social media, blogging, and internet presence.
Key Responsibilities: Welcome residents and guests and answer the Concierge phone line
Address inquiries, concerns, and after-hours package pickups
Provide information about the community and surrounding area
Assist with resident events, amenities, reservations, and initiatives
Maintain confidentiality, presentation, logs,



and property standards
Requirements: High school completion or general education degree
Two or more years in upscale customer service preferred
Solid communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
Professional demeanor, integrity, diplomacy, and sound judgment
Flexibility for rotating evening and weekend schedules
Represent Rhapsody with discretion, organization, and exceptional customer service while supporting residents, amenities, events, and community communication.
