Key Responsibilities: Build Member and Guest relationships while monitoring satisfaction
Lead recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and performance management
Manage scheduling, ordering, inventory, merchandising, and safety
Oversee product production, packaging,



presentation, and food preparation
Manage sales, margins, labour costs, expenses, and contribution
Requirements: Exceptional Guest service skills
Previous Guest Service or leadership experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively with others
Availability for versatile days, evenings, and weekends
