Drive students safely with First Student as a part-time School Bus Driver serving Sydney, Arichat, or Tor Bay. Expert training is provided.
This part-time School Bus Driver position transports students between home and school, with morning and afternoon routes Monday through Friday. You will supervise boarding, maintain order, complete inspections, and communicate with families, school staff, and dispatch. Additional field trips and special event transportation may be available.
Key Responsibilities: Transport students safely to and from school
Supervise boarding, unloading, seatbelts, and mobility aids
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
Report mechanical issues and keep buses sanitary
Communicate delays or behavior concerns with dispatch
Requirements: At least 21 years old
Full Class 5 license held for one year
Interest in part time daytime work
Enjoyment of working with students
Valid commercial license or relevant driving experience
Bring safe driving, leadership, and customer service skills to First Student’s student transportation routes in Sydney, Arichat, or Tor Bay.
