Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations and ensure policy and regulatory compliance
Complete opening and closing procedures with cash management
Maintain cleanliness, merchandising, organization, and store standards
Address customer escalations and model high-quality service




Identify sales and customer retention improvement opportunities
Requirements: Two-plus years of retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt priorities and address issues proactively
Ability to stand extended periods and safely lift 20 pounds
CannSell or equivalent certification and criminal record check required
Use compliance, cash management, adaptability, and customer service skills to supervise Inspired Cannabis store operations.
