As a Laundry Aide with Sienna Senior Living, you will manage clothing and linen support services. Your work includes sorting, washing, drying, ironing, mending, folding, and distributing items. You will also maintain inventory, equipment, supplies, and laundry room cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities: Collect, process, distribute, and inventory linens and clothing
Sort, wash, dry, iron, mend, fold, and load items
Audit linen labels, repairs, and inappropriate inventory
Maintain sanitation, infection control, cleaning schedules, and routines
Report machine malfunctions and support facility maintenance
Requirements: Secondary school graduation or equivalent
Knowledge of infection control and cleaning practices
Knowledge of housekeeping operations and equipment
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Effective communication with team members and residents
