Pursuit is seeking a Guest Experience Agent who can move confidently between admissions, retail, video, and café duties. You will explain attractions, ticket options, directions, trail conditions, footwear, clothing, and fire pit guidelines. Most duties occur in the Retail Shop, with some outdoor work.
Key Responsibilities: Answer questions about Trailglow, Canyon Swing, and sister attractions
Sell add-ons, packages, and admissions using Ventrata
Validate tickets and manage guest flow during peak arrivals
Operate retail point of sale and merchandise products
Share feedback and maintain clean, stocked service areas
Requirements: High-level customer service and strong communication skills
Knowledge of local products, services, and winter activities
Experience in guest services, retail, or similar roles
Ability to adapt across multiple departments within shifts
Second-language skills are highly advantageous
Use local knowledge, attentive listening, and flexible retail skills to help Trailglow guests enjoy Pursuit’s Canadian Rockies experiences.
