Provide resident-centered care as a Health Care Aide at Bethany Sylvan Lake, supporting daily living, dignity, independence, and holistic needs overnight.

Located in Sylvan Lake, Alberta, this part time temporary position serves residents within Designated Supported Living. You will follow care plans, document observations, promote resident choices, and communicate care information to Registered Nurses or Licensed Practical Nurses. The schedule includes nights from 2245 to 0700.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living
Maintain resident privacy, dignity, choices, and independence
Document holistic needs and report observations promptly
Follow safety, emergency, and occupational health procedures




Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members on care needs

Requirements:
Grade 10 education and approved Health Care Aide certificate
Registration with the College of LPNs and HCAs of Alberta
Previous Health Care Aide experience preferred, not required
Ability to work in physically and mentally demanding settings
Effective English communication, observation, and problem-solving skills

Support Bethany residents overnight through compassionate daily care, accurate documentation, safety practices, and effective interdisciplinary teamwork.
