Select People Solutions is looking for an organized, detail-oriented Service Administrator to join our client's team in Calgary, Alberta. This position combines service coordination, parts administration, and customer support in a busy equipment service workplace.What's in it for You?

Create, update, and close service work orders.
Coordinate service schedules and communicate with technicians and customers.
Assist with parts ordering, tracking, and related documentation.
Process invoices, purchase orders, and warranty paperwork.




Maintain accurate service records and support daily branch administration.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide service updates.Required Qualifications
Previous experience in administration, service coordination, or a similar role.
Experience with invoicing, work orders, or parts administration.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and computerized management systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy setting.Bonus Points
Experience in agricultural equipment, automotive, or heavy-duty service.
Background as a Service Writer, Service Advisor, or Parts Administrator.
