Lead warehouse execution at Lineage from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., using administrative skills, logistics experience, and associate coaching.

This warehouse lead administrator partners with Operations Leadership to complete warehouse functions. You will assign work, process orders, coordinate shipping documents, and enter inventory data accurately. The position supports customer service, safety, quality, and productivity standards across daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, assign, and direct warehouse associate work
Process inbound and outbound orders and paperwork
Coach and train warehouse team members
Coordinate shipping and receiving documents for customers
Maintain driver logs and transportation reports

Requirements:
Administrative experience in warehouse operations
Three years in warehouse or logistics settings
Material handling equipment experience
WMS AS400 experience is a plus
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
