This Healthcare Security Guard role requires a valid BC Security Guard License and Advanced Security Training certification. You will patrol healthcare facilities, monitor surveillance systems, respond to emergencies, and document incidents. The position also involves de-escalation, communication, and coordination with healthcare staff and emergency responders.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor entry points and verify credentials for authorized access
Patrol interior and exterior facility areas regularly
Respond to medical emergencies, disturbances, and safety hazards




Use de-escalation techniques during volatile situations
Complete incident reports and notify appropriate personnel

Requirements:
Valid BC Security Guard License and AST certification
One or more years of security experience
Robust interpersonal and communication skills
Basic computer skills for incident documentation
Flexibility for weekends, holidays, and various shifts
