Element Technical Services is hiring an Apprentice Mechanic for equipment maintenance and field support. You will diagnose mechanical issues under senior guidance while developing skills through on-the-job training. Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance on Frac and Coiled Tubing equipment
Assist with timely, documented maintenance inspections
Learn to diagnose and repair mechanical issues
Record equipment deficiencies and complete paperwork
Support field repairs and follow safety protocols

Requirements:
Robust mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
