Our client, a well-established and nationally recognized organization, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator / Recruiter to join their team on a contract basis through to December 2026.

Your New Role

Reporting to the recruitment team, you will support full-cycle recruitment activities for hourly positions across the business. This role requires a proactive recruiter who thrives in a high-volume setting and can effectively manage multiple requisitions while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities include:
Managing full-cycle recruitment for hourly positions
Posting vacancies across multiple sourcing channels
Screening resumes and assessing candidate suitability
Coordinating pre-placement assessments and criminal record checks
Sourcing candidates through job boards, career fairs, campus recruitment initiatives, and diversity hiring programs
Building and maintaining talent pipelines to support ongoing hiring needs
Preparing recruitment activity reports and hiring updates
Partnering closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to achieve recruitment objectives

What You'll Need to Succeed
Previous recruitment, talent acquisition,



or recruiting coordination experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets
Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency with recruitment systems and applicant tracking tools is considered an asset
