Process complex mutual fund transactions accurately as a Senior Operations Associate supporting distribution partners and advisor relationships. This permanent full-time role emphasizes regulatory knowledge and attention to detail.
Reporting to the Associate Manager of Administration, you will process financial and non-financial transactions for clients’ mutual fund accounts. You will review advisor-entered transactions, resolve requirements, and support Quadrus and fund company business processes. Success requires organized work and dependable daily execution.
Key Responsibilities: Process complex transactions for mutual fund accounts
Review transactions entered by advisors
Communicate requirements for trades not in valuable order




Track and report transaction activity
Meet service standards and daily deadlines
Requirements: Excellent written communication skills
Attention to detail in transaction processing
Knowledge of mutual fund industry guidelines preferred
IFIC Operations or Investment Funds Course is an asset
Advisor communication experience is an asset
