Sienna Senior Living seeks a compassionate Personal Support Worker to help seniors live fully through respectful, individualized care.
At Barnswallow Place Community, you will report to an Associate Director of Care and contribute to the Long Term Care team. Develop an understanding of each resident’s living experience while supporting residents, families, and visitors. Provide assistance, comfort, and services according to individual plans of care, helping cultivate happiness in daily life.
Key Responsibilities: Build relationships with residents and family members
Assist residents with daily living activities
Support communication and personal connections
Ensure easy access to canes, walkers, and call bells
Encourage participation in individual and group programs
Requirements: Show compassion for meaningful work supporting seniors
Complete an approved Personal Support Worker program
Hold a Nursing degree as an Internationally Educated Nurse
Demonstrate detailed-oriented bedside care skills
Be legally eligible to work in Canada
Use compassionate communication, resident assistance, and individualized care to support fulfilling daily experiences at Barnswallow Place Community.
