Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help achieve sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through short- and long-term planning. You will foster customer loyalty, analyze buying trends, and communicate merchandise opportunities. The role also maintains product knowledge and Psycho Bunny’s visual standards.
Key Responsibilities: Promote a customer-focused selling culture and high service
Analyze customer profiles, buying trends, and competition
Communicate merchandise opportunities to the Store Manager
Maintain store visual presentation and directives
Support inventory and shrink goals and physical inventory
Requirements: At least one year of retail management experience
Strong communication skills and customer-focused selling ability
Versatile availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
