As a Care Assistant with Avery Healthcare, you will contribute to continuity of resident services within the care team. Experience is not required because thorough induction and training are provided. The position requires respect, initiative, flexibility, and protected working practices.
Key Responsibilities: Assist residents with personal hygiene while preserving dignity
Promote residents’ independence throughout personal care
Recognise weight loss and pressure sore risks
Identify falls and infection risks promptly
Practise safe systems of work
Requirements: Communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Demonstrate initiative with residents and colleagues
