The Team Lead assists the Store Manager with daily store operations and team development. You will resolve customer inquiries, process POS transactions, manage inventory, and maintain visual standards. The position also supports sales goals, scheduling, training, and store coverage.
Key Responsibilities: Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations
Coach, develop, and motivate team members toward sales targets
Process sales, returns, and exchanges through the POS system
Support receiving, inventory management, and cycle counts
Perform store management responsibilities when the manager is absent
Requirements: Minimum two years of retail experience, preferably supervisory
Strong customer service commitment and qualified approach
Ability to manage time and prioritize business tasks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and flexible scheduling
