As a Sales Associate, you will act as a Roots brand ambassador and help create outstanding customer experiences. You will engage shoppers, build relationships, support store goals, and resolve concerns positively. The role also includes POS transactions, merchandising, replenishment, visual standards, and product learning.

Availability for three shifts weekly, including evenings and holidays
