As an Everyday Banking Advisor, you will support personal and business clients through banking products, services, and solutions. You will recommend savings, investment, lending, and credit card options while identifying referrals to ATB expertise. This temporary six-to-twelve-month chance is based at the Oyen branch, with occasional travel to neighbouring branches.
Key Responsibilities: Provide personalized advice on personal banking products and services
Guide clients toward savings, investment, lending, and credit products
Identify referral opportunities across ATB's full service offering




Promote digital tools and educate clients on their use
Protect client information and manage regulatory compliance requirements
Requirements: Two to four years creating client experiences and relationships
One to three years in retail banking or similar fields
Experience with lending products considered an asset
Passion for sales, relationship building, and relationship management
Post-secondary finance or business education, or relevant experience
Bring client connection, financial product knowledge, and sales focus to ATB's Everyday Banking Advisor team in Oyen.
