This Associate Sales Skilled position supports assigned outside representatives and accounts generating below $15,000 annually. You will prospect, follow up on quotes, review services, and resolve customer conflicts. The position also includes discussing billing and payment options, qualifying opportunities, and supporting customers through MT Direct. Success requires strong communication, interpersonal abilities, computer literacy, and comfort using a CRM system. Sales experience or transportation industry knowledge is an asset but not required. You must work independently and collaboratively while adapting to customer demands, deadlines, last minute requests, and challenging circumstances.




Key Responsibilities: Make at least 20 outbound calls daily
Update same day call notes in CRM
Review BOL, electronic invoicing, and EFT options
Create MT Direct users and conduct weekly web demos
Complete weekly and monthly sales reports
Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Computer literacy and CRM system comfort
Ability to build strong customer relationships
Independent and collaborative working abilities
Flexibility with customer demands and deadlines
Support Manitoulin Transport revenue growth through prospecting, CRM updates, customer training, and qualified sales leads in Cambridge.
