As Warehouse Lead Person at Dot Foods, you will guide receiving, warehousing, and shipping activities. Train assigned personnel, communicate expectations, and monitor results while supporting service and cost objectives. Lead lean thinking initiatives to remove waste.
Key Responsibilities: Lead receiving, warehousing, and shipping activities
Train personnel on warehouse management systems
Train equipment and supply safety procedures
Coach and mentor assigned personnel
Communicate expectations and results achieved
Requirements: High School diploma or GED
Strong organizational skills
No steps of discipline
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds regularly
Availability Wednesday through Saturday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
