Drive customer experiences at GARAGE as a Team Lead, using retail leadership and fashion expertise in an onsite store environment.
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will support store success through customer relationships, sales, inventory management, and merchandising standards. This position suits candidates with team lead experience, strong problem solving, and effective time management. You will also support shipment processing, replenishment, and eCom fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities: Promote positive shopping experiences for every customer
Build meaningful, long-term customer relationships
Support daily store operations and sales growth
Process shipments and replenish the sales floor
Maintain visual merchandising and brand standards
Requirements: High school diploma
One year of team lead experience preferred
Two years of retail experience considered an asset
Fashion passion and customer-oriented approach
Adaptable availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Bring retail leadership, customer connection, inventory coordination, and fashion knowledge to GARAGE’s onsite store team.
