You will work with parents, students, teachers, and staff while organizing schedules, assessments, and learning programs. The position supports Oxford Learning’s teaching philosophy and student progress.
Key Responsibilities: Inform parents about Oxford Learning programs
Organize student, staff, and teacher schedules
Set up and administer student assessments
Establish and oversee student learning programs
Maintain parent contact and discuss student progress
Requirements: Minimum university degree
Educational environment experience with medium to large student bodies
Experience with billing cycles
Strong computer, phone, and customer service skills
Mandatory vulnerable sector screening
Support Oxford Learning students and families through organized programming, parent communication, assessments, and daily centre coordination.
